The attribute points you obtain from this quest is a permanent reward and for that reason it's highly recommended you do this quest on every single difficulty. All Kehjistan Side Quests in Diablo 4 Mirage icon Mirage, Lut Bahadur, Amber Sands, Kehjistan, After Act VI, you can get this quest from a ghost in the ruin. Returning Lam Esen's Tome to Alkor will net you 5 attribute points to spend and some discounts when shopping in Kurast. Note: You will not get credit for this quest unless you are in the Ruined Temple when Lam Esen's Tome is clicked. What you're looking for is a small pedestal (pictured below) which you'll want to click on to retrieve the tome. This Potion permanently grants your Character 20 maximum Life, summing up to 60 when completed in all 3 difficulties. Pick it up, talk to Meshif and then to Alkor, who gives you Potion of Life. The Ruined Temple always spawns in the Kurast Bazaar and Lam Esen's Tome always spawns inside of the Ruined Temple. The objective of this Quest is to retrieve The Jade Figurine from random Elite Groups in Act 3.
The only thing you actually have to do for this quest is to go to the Ruined Temple, pick up Lam Esen's Tome and return it to Alkor.
You can begin this quest after completing Act 3: Quest 2 Blade of the Old Religion by speaking with Alkor you can also start it whenever you want by picking up Lam Esen's Tome in Ruined Temple. Quest 2: Blade of the Old Religion and Quest 3: Khalims Will This gives you a permanent 20 extra HP, so drink it now.
